You’ll fill it out to provide all the context we need to bring your 9-grid to life — your hopes, dreams, visual style, and brand files. Once submitted, you’ll schedule your strategy call. We’ll deliver everything you need to post your 9-grid four weeks after said call.
WEEK 1 + 2
STRATEGY CALL + DELIVERY FOR SCHEMIN’ & DREAMIN’ WITH KP
In our 90-minute DMC (deep meaningful convo), we’ll talk about where your leads come from, your current relationship with IG, and your swing-for-the-fences, everything-works-out-for-me blue sky dream.
We’ll then whiteboard out your Content Constellation accordingly (because if your 9-grid ain’t working toward what you actually want, what’s the point?)
Two weeks after our call, you'll receive your strategy via Notion dashboard. Once its approved, we'll move onto design.
WEEK 3 + 4

You’ve got the dream and the plan to make it work. Now it’s time to execute.
You’ll work with Aishwarya to bring your 9-grid to life. This process includes your overall grid vision, and everything inside: the copy, graphics, and captions for all 9 posts.
After feedback, you'll get a finalized strategy and content cal with everything you need to press post.

HOW FAR IN ADVANCE CAN I BOOK?
You can book up to three months in advance. Bookings come on a first-come, first-serve basis so if you have particular timing in mind, we recommend filling out your questionnaire ASAP to get first dibs.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE?
The process takes 4 weeks from the date of your strategy call. You'll get an email outlining key dates — when you can expect strategy, when we'll need your design feedback, etc.
WHAT IF I NEED TO UPDATE IT?
You'll have the Canva templates to update it yourself. Perfect if you need to tweak the details of an offer or update imagery. If you need a total overhaul, we'd love to work with you again!

You have two options! You can archive all of them OR ask Aishwarya to incorporate a design element within your bottom 3 posts that indicates that your older content lives below!
